The students of the Foundation Program at Avicenna International College had the opportunity to participate in a retake session for their semi-final exams last week. The session was open to students who were absent during the original exam period, as well as those who wanted to improve their grades. Last week, students at Avicenna International College participated in their semi-final exams for the foundation programs. The exams consisted of both written and oral components, and students worked hard to showcase their knowledge and skills. AIC is a university-oriented institution that prepares students for successful university studies in Hungary and abroad.

The interview section of the semi-final exams of the Avicenna International College took place on the 5th of January 2021. Interviews are new to most or all of AIC students. This is a good occasion for the students to experience an interview session which they will soon face when they apply for admission to universities in Hungary and other European countries. Fluency in spoken English is essential for any successful interview, however, the academic knowledge of the student will determine the results. AIC students get plenty of occasions to practice and learn interview skills.

The semi-final exams of the Avicenna International College are taking place as we started the new year of 2021. Students took the written part on the 4th of January. They will continue with the interview component on the 5th of January. New students will take the APT (Avicenna Placement Test). We hope that 2021 will bring success to all our students.

Students of AIC take A-Level mock exam EDEXCEL A-Level Students of AIC take A-Level mock exam in "English Language and Literature". This exam was on "Exploring Voices in Speech and Writing". AIC students score high in all A-level exams despite the obstacles imposed by COVID-19 pandemic.

After my telephone conversation today with Semmelweis University concerning the entrance exam and with respect to the fact your health and safety is the most important goal both for the university and college, it was agreed that our students will take the entrance exam from their homes. The situation with Szeged University is being discussed for a joint or separate exam and I will inform you soon.
