Having met at Szell Kalman Square at 10.30, the six AIC students with the guides took a few minute’s rides by bus (16A)  to the Royal Castle. Right after Brexit, Dr. Shahrokh MirzaHosseini, President of Avicenna International College (AIC) held talks with the education authorities in the Uk and met with several UK partner universities. After several years of intense work and after the successful launch of the NCUK center in Budapest, It was decided that AIC will establish a branch in the UK. The request of AIC was reviewed and granted with a positive decision. As of March 14, 2020, "Avicenna International College - UK" is officially incorporated and will provide educational services to the UK and international students. This is a great step for AIC global development, especially in relation to its UK and British standards.

The Hungarian Educational Authority Announcement The Hungarian Educational Authority has announced that from Monday all classes are canceled and schools should continue their classes online. Avicenna International College has already installed all necessary software and we have continued with our online education program one week earlier. With this instruction from the Hungarian Education Authority (OH), for the rest of this semester, all AIC classes will be held online. Semmelweis Bronze Statueat Avicenna International College On November 8th, 2019 at 8 pm the bronze bust of Semmelweis was inaugurated at the entrance of Avicenna International College on the occasion of the 200th birth of Ignac Semmelweis, the Hungarian physician best known as the "Savior of Mothers". This fabulous piece of artwork was created by Istvan Madarassy, the Kossuth Award winner, a widely respected sculpturist famous for his unique fire-on-cupper works.
