Apply to NCUK Qualifications at AIC

Students can apply to any qualification on offer at AIC.

AIC is an accredited NCUK center in Hungary. We provide IFY (International Foundation Year) and IYO (International Year One) courses of NCUK.
When you complete IFY successfully, you can continue your studies at one of the UK partner universities. Many UK universities provide scholarships and financial support for distinguished Avicenna graduates. IFY diploma issued by NCUK is also recognized by other universities in USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

After having completed IFY, students can continue their studies towards IYO (from 2021) to complete the first year of university studies at AIC. Upon successful completion of IYO, our students can continue their university studies in one of the UK universities from year 2.

AIC provides assistance to graduate students to get admission to the best UK and other European universities.

To apply to any NCUK Qualifications at AIC, you will be taken through following steps:

1- Submit the completed Application Form for NCUK Qualifications
2- Admission Letter
3- Prepare the application and registration documents
4- Transfer the Parental Tuition Contribution Fee and insurance fee to AIC
5- AIC Email and Communication System
6- Hungarian Schengen Visa
7- Travel Arrangement

Hungarian Schengen Visa

If you need a visa to study in Hungary, you should make an appointment at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in your city (or the nearest one). Admission Department will assist you in this process. We will provide you with a special form called “AIC – 02 Form” after you have paid the fees and completed all documents. With this form and other required documents, you can refer to the embassy and apply for a Schengen Residence Permit. AIC consultants in your area will help you in this process.

Travel Arrangement

After you have received your visa (if needed), you will arrange for your travel to Budapest. You should announce your arrival at least one week before your arrival so that we can arrange for your pick up at the airport.
