2nd Job Shadowing experience, Hanieh Rezaei, (October 7-11, 2024,):
Siena, Italy – Federico Tozzi School
“At Federico Tozzi School, I encountered a unique and progressive educational environment that impressed me in various ways. One of the most remarkable programs I observed was the Inclusion Initiative, a national plan that supports students with special educational needs (SEN) by integrating them into mainstream classrooms. The school’s commitment to inclusion was evident, with each SEN student receiving personalized assistance and modified materials according to their needs.”

3rd Job Shadowing experience, Beatrix Bucsi, (14 – 18 October, 2024):
Châtellerault, France – Lycée Édouard Branly
“During the week I spent there, I had the opportunity to observe the classes in these different education forms, how the teachers teach, what methods they use, etc. It was not just observation, but I also talked a lot with the teachers and the students, so I could compare it with our system.“

4th Job Shadowing experience, Andrea Juhász (18 – 22 November 2024):
János Zsigmond Unitárius Kollégiumban – Kolozsvár, Románia
“November 18-ától 22-ig látogattam a János Zsigmond Unitárius Kollégiumban tanórákat, ismerkedtem az iskola életével, és mélyítettem tudásomat Kolozsvár történetéről, valamint egész Erdély történelmét, kultúráját, irodalmát is tanulmányoztam. Főképpen történelemórákon vettem részt, Korodi Alpár történelemtanár volt a mentorom, döntően az ő óráin vettem részt. Megismertem a romániai magyar iskoláknak a történelem tantervét – a gyerekek többféle történelem tantárgyat tanulnak ugyanis, egyrészt a román nép történelmét, másrészt egyetemes történelmet, harmadrészt a romániai magyar nép történelmét. Ez a három tantárgy párhuzamosan fut az évfolyamokon. Ezen kívül egyetemes vallástörténetet is tanulnak, valamint hittan óráik is vannak a tanulóknak. Részt vettem vallástörténet órán is Rácz Mária tanárnő mellett. “

5th Job Shadowing experience, Harout Parseghian, ( 27 – 30 January, 2025):
Gymnázium Jana Blahoslava Ivančice – Brno, Czech Republic
“My experience during this mobility felt kind of a special one since this specific school I visited during my job shadowing was one which I had established a contact with during my previous Erasmus + course mobility in Spain. This made it possible to taste one of Erasmus + mobilities’ pillars and aims which is internalization. I experienced first hand with amazement how a few steps taken during any mobility can open the way to a wide range of opportunities.”

6th Job Shadowing experience, Bence Horváth (31 March – 4 April, 2024):
Liceo Sesto Properzio – Assisi, Italy
“One of my main tasks was to understand the work of the secretariat and the responsibilities of the principal and vice principal. I spent time with the office staff and saw how they prepare and manage official documents, organize events, and assist students and teachers with their many different needs and desires, or react to unforeseen problems that arise. I also followed the principal and vice principal as they worked, and I learned about their role in solving issues, planning school activities, and making sure the school works properly every day.”

7th Job Shadowing experience, Abdorreza Panahi, (2 – 6 June, 2025):
Yordan Yovkov – Burgas, Bulgaria
“My time at Yordan Yovkov School began with an invaluable opportunity to observe and assist in the headteacher’s management activities. This aspect of the job shadowing provided crucial insights into the strategic and operational leadership required to steer an educational institution. The headteacher’s role extends far beyond mere supervision; it encompasses visionary planning, resource allocation, and a deep understanding of educational policy and its practical implementation.“
