Each group prepared detailed PowerPoint slides and presented their experiences, academic achievements, and cultural impressions gained abroad. Commemoration of October 23, 2025, at AIC 30. Oct. 2025Written by: Attila Kaszás Avicenna International School as every school in Hungary commemorated the 1956 revolution of Hungary on the 22nd of October. A short introduction with projection presented the historical context of the revolution. As AIC is closely related to the Semmelweis Medical University, the school brought closer the 1956 events to the students by the testimonies of three medical student and doctor heroes of the revolution. AIC Commemorates the Arad Martyrs with Art, Music, and AI Creativity 09. Oct. 2025 On October 6, AIC held its annual commemoration of the Arad Martyrs, honoring their courage, sacrifice, and enduring legacy in Hungary’s struggle for freedom during the 1848–49 Revolution and War of Independence. AIC Parents’ Meeting in October 03. Oct. 2025 On October 01, the school held this year’s second parent-teacher meeting to discuss students’ academic progress, behavior, and overall development. The school president Dr Shahrokh MirzaHosseini delivered a presentation on recent developments at the school, including updates on facilities, programs, and upcoming initiatives. Parents were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns regarding students’ learning and well-being. National Unity Day – Remembering Together On June 4, Hungary commemorates National Unity Day, marking the signing of the Treaty of Trianon in 1920. This treaty significantly reduced Hungary’s territory and population, making the day a moment of essential remembrance and unity. At AIC, the Pre9 class organised the event.
