Erasmus Group Mobility Dissemination Report: Avicenna Students’ Visit to Spoleto, UmbriaMarch 23-30 From March 23 to 30, 2025, eight students of both grades 10 and 11 from Avicenna International College in Budapest, accompanied by their Biology teacher, participated in a week-long Erasmus+ group mobility in Spoleto, Italy. Turkish Erasmus students at AIC24-28 February 2025 On February 24-28 the Avicenna community received a Turkish Erasmus group of 9 students from 3 different schools and cities: Gaziantep, Kilis and Sanliurfa. They were accompanied by 3 lead teachers, one from each school. The students were specially picked and prepared by their schools and they had a memorable and a great time at Avicenna despite spending only 5 days with us. Second Nándori Pastry Shop Field Trip On March 6th, 2025, Ms. Erika took her Hungarian as a Foreign Language (HFL) G11 students to Nándori Pastry shop. The location was a popular fieldtrip site last year, as well amongst the HFL students. During this CSP program, G11students had a chance to see an old pastry shop, dating back hundreds of years. The group had a chance to taste famous Hungarian pastries as well as pogácsa. Report on the Science Field Trip to the Electrotechnical Collection Museum with Grade 9 On November 21, Grade 9 students had the opportunity to visit the Electrotechnical Collection Museum in Budapest as part of their science curriculum. Seventeen students participated in this engaging and educational field trip, accompanied by teachers. Spanish visitors from Rivas-Arganda This course regarding environmental sustainability education at schools took place in the middle of summer, and as such it was a natural choice since we are about to lunch our Eco-school application. The training took place in one of the two headquarter buildings of Europass Academy in central Florence. My classmates came from Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal and Spain, and also one Hungarian lady. On 5-8 November 2024 we received a group of Spanish students from a language centre from Rivas-Arganda near Madrid, on an Erasmus grant.
