NCUK Students can now Study in Canada! Study 1 or 2 years at AIC (Budapest) then transfer to Canada. NCUK students who are currently studying the International Foundation Year can now progress to the University of Alberta in Canada. 20th EDUCATIO International Education Exhibition Budapest, Hungary January 9-11, 2020 Avicenna International College (AIC) will be present in the 20th EDUCATIO fair to be held on the HUNGEXPO Fair Center from 9 to 11th of January 2020. AIC will proudly present its past 25 years of excellence at this highly visited education exhibition.

The AIC students of Grade 12 celebrated their last year and the entrance to the season of final exams in a ceremony called "szalagavató" or "Senior Students Ball: Prom". The event took place on the 13th of December, 2019. The president of AIC, the Prinicipal, other authorities and teachers together with parents enjoyed the evening at Avicenna International College.

Semmelweis Bronze Statueat Avicenna International College On November 8th, 2019 at 8 pm the bronze bust of Semmelweis was inaugurated at the entrance of Avicenna International College on the occasion of the 200th birth of Ignac Semmelweis, the Hungarian physician best known as the "Savior of Mothers". This fabulous piece of artwork was created by Istvan Madarassy, the Kossuth Award winner, a widely respected sculpturist famous for his unique fire-on-cupper works. 4th USERN International Congress and Prize Award Dear Readers, Dear Students, I am happy and honored to report that the "4th USERN Congress" concluded its activities on Sunday the 10th of November with an unexpected success, as its opening on the 8th of November was a surprise to many. Turkish National Education Authority Accepts AIC High School Diploma The Education Authority of the Republic of Turkey has recently accredited the first diploma of Avicenna International College and has issued "DENKLIK BELGESI" which allows students from Turkey and other countries to continue their studies at any Turkish university (governmental and private). As a result, many Turkish and international students from Turkey are now applying to Avicenna International High School program to be able to continue their higher education in Turkey and other European countries.
