AIC held its second graduation ceremony for the 12th-grade students of the International High School Program (2016-2021) On Monday (15.06.2021). This year was full of isolation for many, therefore we were extremely happy to be able to organize this event. Some of the students of Avicenna Medical Foundation Program who have arrived in Budapest late due to COVID-19 restrictions met with the President of AIC today on Monday, January 12th, 2021. After an introduction, students raised their questions and shared their concerns and requests. President mentioned that extra classes will be organized for them and all required support will be provided to ensure that the pre-medical students are admitted to one of the Hungarian or other European medical universities. After my telephone conversation today with Semmelweis University concerning the entrance exam and with respect to the fact your health and safety is the most important goal both for the university and college, it was agreed that our students will take the entrance exam from their homes. The situation with Szeged University is being discussed for a joint or separate exam and I will inform you soon.
