Our first ever Spanish Erasmus students at AIC
We received the Erasmus academic visit of teachers and students from EOI Rivas -Arganda (Madrid, Spain). They fully participated in our academic experience, spending 5 days among us. They learnt about Hungarian history, language, and traditions, about our education system, and also shared their views on career prospects in a talk. We all spent great moments together during the cultural visits, accompanied by our staff and the job shadowing teachers from Umbría (Italy), all in a European spirit and an international context. Erasmus – Stress Relief and Well-being Strategies for Teachers
My choice of course was a different one regarding structured educational visits but unfortunately that one was cancelled with my accommodation and flight ticket already booked so I had to look elsewhere and I found this. I knew the location and as it turned out the trainer Olga as well, from a previous course which was an unexpected surprise. From Local Gyms to World Stages: The Inspirational Journey of a AIC studnet Powerlifter
I had a dream same as every other kid. I wanted to make it into the National team of Hungary. It was a big goal for me that I wanted to achieve no matter what. I started training in 2022 in a local gym where the trainers saw me and told me that I should try powerlifting competitively. After thinking about it I took my chances and I joined my current team Sirius Lifting. I started working together with a coach as soon as possible to be able to compete in November. We had an amazing preparation for the competition and I made it to my first competition in November which was a National qualification competition. At that competition I became second and by that I qualified to National championship.

Discovering the Best Educational Systems from Europe and the World – Rome
This course held in Rome was the last one out of seven individual teacher courses and training of our 2022-23 Erasmus Project Cycle. I opted for this course because I found its description rather appealing, hoping to learn more about the education systems developed and adopted by different other EU and international schools beyond the EU, through discussion and collaborative learning.
