First English Language Competition Held for Budapest Secondary Schools by Avicenna International College

For the first time, Avicenna International College organized a two-round English Language Competition for 6th-8th grade students, with the aim of covering all primary schools in Budapest.   The online round took place on 28 January 2023, for which 133 students registered free of charge, and the second, offline round was held on 13 March. The 118 students from 29 secondary schools with their teachers and parents mainly from Budapest assembled in the largest ground-floor auditorium, and sat around the tables allocated to their school, waiting to be called 10 minutes before their exams. Student Trip: Visegrád

On the 14. of May 29 students from two EFP classes with their beloved teachers and the AIC guides decided to join the tour to a small castle town,Visegrád, 45 km north of Budapest in the most photographed sight of the Danube Band. AIC congratulates Mirsadra Molaei, 2017 alum of the AIC Avicenna Medical Foundation Program, and current 4th year Semmelweis University Pharmacy student on winning 1st prize at the Semmelweis TDK Scientific Conference. From 2021 Mirsadra joined the Bioanalytical NMR Research Group of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry under the supervision of Dr. Arash Mirzahosseini.
