On a beautiful autumn day at 9.30 am, 22 students met in Heroes' Square to take part in the first of a series of AIC-organized city tours, called ‘Step in the footsteps of heroes’. Paris, France - The Federation of European Education (FEDE) held its latest Steering Committee meeting in the enchanting city of Paris on September 21, 2023. The gathering saw influential education leaders from across Europe convene to deliberate and chart a course for the future of education on the continent.  On 2 June our Students and Colleagues celebrated the much-awaited second edition of an Avicenna sequel called International Student Festival (AISF2). This April Avicenna International College organised the German Travel and Study programme called Lindau Deutsch camp for the second time in a row. The programme was fully funded by AIC, the students had to pay for their train tickets only. This time around we had 11 GFP students and one high school student from Grade 11 accompanied by Frau Ágota as the leader of German language education at AIC and Herr Steve, AIC principal and Travel and Study programme manager. We are thrilled to share a unique experience that some of the Grade 9 students at Avicenna International College recently had. On a bright and sunny day, these students took their mathematics class outside, in the school yard. The benefits of holding classes outdoors are numerous and well-known. For Hungarian and International High School Students AIC Summer Camp Program is a supervised program for students between the age of 13-17 from Hungary and outside Hungary, (European and non-European countries).
